Family Law

Family law is our specialty. We have two dedicated family lawyers available to assist with all of your family law enquiries. Our approach is non-confrontational and collaborative where possible, allowing parties to reach amicable agreements and settlements with minimum fuss.

Our family law team is headed by Tony FitzGerald who has been practising for over 35 years, specialising in family law. We can assist with all family law matters including financial settlements, children’s matters, child support agreements and applications for family violence orders.

The world of family law can be complicated and scary. I am grateful to Claire, who helped demystify the legal process and helped me navigate the pathways of a complex and emotionally charged case. My family and I were treated with kindness and respect and I highly recommend Claire to anyone embarking on a similar journey.
